Beginning April 1, 2018, Somerset Silver is reducing prices to liquidate inventory.

For all new orders, please note in the comments section of your order if you need an exact quantity of an item and we will contact you if we do not have enough. Otherwise, in the case of limited stock on an item, we will ship what is available.

Return Merchandise Authorization

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Somerset Silver, for any reason, you are more than welcome to return some or all of the items you purchased from us for a refund or credit, within the following guidelines:

  1. You must request an RMA within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  2. You must provide the original invoice number under which the item was billed.
  3. The merchandise returned must be unused and in new condition.
  4. Refunds and/or credits will be based on the original purchase price.
  5. If the value of the returned merchandise reduces the original invoice amount to less than the standard order minimum, you will only be eligible to receive a store credit, to be applied against future purchases.
  6. If the returned merchandise affects any price breaks you received on the original invoice, any refund will be net of a revised invoice accounting for the price breaks difference.
  7. Merchandise not eligible for return includes:
    1. Items purchased at special pricing as noted on the original invoice;
    2. Items that have been cut (e.g. chain, strands, etc);
    3. Items purchased on a special or custom order basis;
    4. Items that have been modified, including but not limited to, physical changes due to drilling, cutting, etc. and changes in appearance that result from the use of oxidizing or polishing agents.
  8. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and ensuring that the merchandise reaches us. Somerset Silver will not be responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

If you prefer, you may also call us at 800-281-1170 and we will provide you with a verbal RMA number. Please wait until you have the RMA number before returning any items.
