Placing
your first order
The
options for placing an order are:
l Print our
order form and fax or mail it
to us (fax number and mailing address
are on the order form); or
l
Email your
order to us (do not include your credit card number – we will
call you to get
it); or
l
Call us at
(425) 641-3666; or
l
Use your own
purchase order form and fax or mail it to us.
Minimum
order
Our
prices are wholesale and our minimum order for all customers is $100.00.
Payment for
your order
We
accept VISA, Mastercard, money orders and checks. Checks and money orders will
need to be sent to us and we will wait for the checks to clear before shipping
merchandise.
Sales Tax
If we are shipping
to a location in Washington State, you must have a current business license
number on file with us. You can download the form
here and fax it to us.
For orders
shipped outside of Washington State, there is no sales tax.
Shipping
We ship
either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS, whichever makes more sense depending upon
your location and the amount of your order. We charge you the actual shipping
charge plus a $1.50 fee for handling. Please let us know if you have a
preference for shipping carrier and if you want overnight, 2-day, or 3-day
shipping.
Back Orders
If we
are out of stock on a significant portion of your order, we will back order the
items and call you when they come in. There will be no shipping charges on back
orders.
Sizes and
weights of our Hill Tribe products
The items on our product pages are not actual size. If you click on
any image, you’ll be able to see a larger image with a centimeter scale. Weights of our Hill Tribe items are shown on
the product pages so you can estimate your total bill. Please note that since our Hill Tribe items are all hand made, and not
made in molds, the sizes and weights will be approximate.
Catalog
Because our product
selection is frequently changing, we no longer send out printed
catalogs. We have created a
downloadable file of our product line which we would
encourage you to print for yourself if you would like to keep a
paper copy available. Be advised that it will only be updated
occasionally, so checking our Product Pages and New Items web
pages will keep you current on new items we add to our product
line. If you’d like for us to print and send you a copy of the
file, there is a $10 charge to cover our printing and mailing
costs.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our policy is that
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
for a full refund if done so within two weeks of receipt.
